Proof of Installation and Payment
Invoices, Contracts, Estimates, Distribution Tickets, and Proposals all qualify as Proof of Installation and Payment if the following pieces of information are included: Installation Address, Date of Installation, Material or Equipment Type Installed, Quantity of Material or Equipment Type Installed. Proof of payment either in full, or a payment via financing plan. Documents clearly identifiable as an invoice are not required to denote any status of payment. Proof of Installation and Payment for HVAC Equipment must include model and serial number.
